How to delete your Socmeduller data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Socmeduller and wish to delete your data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete from Socmeduller

1. Log in to socmeduller.my.id
2. Go to Accounts and disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account
3. Go to Settings → Account and click Delete Account to remove all your data

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to privacy@socmeduller.my.id with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your account email address. We will delete all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All connected social media account tokens
• All posts, drafts, and scheduled content
• All uploaded media files
• Analytics data associated with your account

Note: Deleting your data from Socmeduller does not delete posts that have already been published to your social media accounts.
